For those who have never been involved, this is a very large undertaking. In addition to the scenes that require volunteers for possibly 2 nights, each member is asked to donate 2 dozen baked goods to sell, volunteers are needed to run games, guide visitors thru the trail, assist in clearing the brush from the trail to ensure a clear walkway. Scene setup starts about a week prior (weather permitting)

Last year, there were 5 scenes, each scene was run by 5-6 club members. The trail started at the small round pen and snaked around and came out to the back of the riding ring. Skip then ran his hay ride tractor from there back up to the barn. Sue has a photo album documenting the event for those who'd like to see what was executed.
