Haunted Trails Sue's livingroom is full of haunted trail props. Each group needs to dedicate someone to
come and get what's there and keep an inventory of the items they have. Other things that need to be done: Next
week string lights on the electric fence Paint sayings on the tombstones Make ghosts with sheets and fabric stiffener
that I have for fillers Stuff 3 bodies and a spider, we need newspapers for filling these Find a store that has glow
in the dark eyes that we can put out on the trail Publicity for Haunted Trails Please get Sue an addresses
for local news sources such as newspapers, magazines, cable access channels and websites, so that we can get some
publicity on the Haunted Trails. The more publicity, the more people come, the more fun we have and the more
money we make. Also, if one person from each town can find out how to distribute flyers through the schools.
There's usually a specific process, so let Sue know contact people and the process.

Thank you for being apart of the first ever Woodville
Trailbusters Haunted Trails!
We appreciate your support and creativity as we organize and plan this fun event. As mentioned
at the 4H meeting on Sept 3rd we've broken down the trail into eight
sections. The first 3 sections are: the entrance (decorated with scarecrows &
corn stalks), jack 'o lantern lane and tombstone alley. All club members will be responsible
for these areas.
We are asking each member to bring
a carved pumpkin lit with a battery operated
candle to the 4H meeting on October 22, 2008.
The other 5 sections have
been organized into teams of 6 girls. Below please find the specific section we would like you to work on and
members of your team.

Please work with your team to
complete your section, be creative! :) Bring all of the decorating
materials you will require for your section to the barn by 15 October. Label all of your supplies with your last name so that they may be
returned to you.
Assembly of the Haunted Trail will begin on Wednesday, October
22nd.
Each group is responsible for setup and dismantle of their assigned
area. Setup needs to be complete by 4pm on Friday, October 24.
