We have a couple of changes that needs to get out to all our club members. You might want to print this
out for your members to be sure they get it...
Our website address changed.... www.4hmiddlesexhac.org Everything horse is on the site!!! All the rules and how to's. Go to this website
and click on subscribe to join in the HAC email list.
Don't forget to do your community service projects. Every meeting members are to bring something for
the food pantry.

Winter Street, Woodville unless otherwise noted.

Rodrigo Matos visits from Portugal August 12-13
Rodrigo da Costa Matos hails
from Portugal where he is the Head Instructor of Morgado Lusitano as well
as the Principal Rider of the Portuguese School
of Equestrian Art. He is among the very few who boast certification by the Portuguese Government. Matos currently trains under Maestro Dr. Filipe Figueiredo (Graciosa) and works daily with stallions
from the Altar Real stud farm. Rodrigo is proficient at teaching and riding maneuvers such as the Piaffe, Passage and Long-reins-in-hand.
He also performs the most demanding high school airs, including the Capriole, Levade and Corvetta. During these shows
Rodrigo also works with the other Picadores as part of a ten rider Quadrille.
Clinic fees:
Private, 45 minute sessions $165
Semi-Private, 45 minute sessions
$90
Auditors welcome: $25 for one
day, or $25 for BOTH days! 4-H members under 18 years old- no charge!

National 4-H Supply Begins
"Fair Share" Program
Here’s
some great news! Starting now, any purchase placed through www.4-hmall.org that is shipped to a Massachusetts address will
count as a "4-H Fair Share" purchase. A payment of 10% of the total merchandise value of all online order transactions will
be made to UMass 4-H. This is for on-line purchases only, so please do not order by phone, fax, mail or email. Let the shopping

Operation Military Kids
Gretchen May, the Massachusetts 4-H Military Liaison, was in Washington DC to
receive a copy of this commendation signed by Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld on behalf of the Massachusetts 4-H.
This commendation was presented in recoginition of the 4-H programs "exceptional service to the children, youth and family
