Yearly Records
For those who like to plan in advance, yearly records are due on October 30th.  The forms are available online.  If you don't know what records are or how to fill them out, Cory is having a records clinic on October 19th.

Haunted Trail
For information on the Haunted Trails, please see the Haunted Trails page.

Food Pantry/Community Service
The club is starting to keep track of these, so please do your part to help out the local food pantries. This is our club's main community service project.

December Food Pantry: Cat/dog items and/or food. Also any unopened candy from Gingerbread Barns. Stocking stuffers might also be a good idea (such as soap, lip balm, perfume, etc)
January Food Pantry: Soup
February Food Pantry: Pie crust/fillings and Snacks
March Food Pantry: Cereal (National Cereal Month!)
April Food Pantry: Anything that goes in an Easter basket. (It doesn't have to be food.)
May Food Pantry: Two cleaning products for your body or house (not horse)
June Food Pantry: Drinks (powdered, canned, and bottled)
September Food Pantry: School supplies and snacks
October Food Pantry: Halloween Treats

BARN STUFF
This only applies to those who ride at Sue's barn.

Lessons
**Lessons run hourly every Saturday from 9am to 5pm unless otherwise stated.  Please see the sign-up sheet in the barn if you are planning to sign up for a lesson.**

All riders must take two lessons per month.  If you have a financial issue, please see Sue.  Horses with more than one rider should have one hour between lessons.

If you cancel a lesson after Friday morning or don't show up, you must pay the instructor half the cost of the lesson or $15. This applies to both Melissa and Alicia. There's always exceptions for emergencies. You can add to a lesson at any time up until the lesson starts.

Shavings - When you're doing stalls, be gentle on shavings as they are in short supply; check the clipboard to see if you should add them.
