The Woodville Trailbusters 4H horse club welcomes you to our website on the shores of Lake Whitehall, Hopkinton, MA

Parent schedule.  We have the back gate duty collecting the entrance fee from the public.  We have ring duty and will be signing up for a meal and night duty.  Please click the link below and get send metrowestcowgirl@verizon.net an email if you would like to get your pick in.  Even if you are not staying overnight but you come up to the fair, we would love to have you pick some chores so that the chaperone parents can take a break and watch their children ride. Thank you, Linda

Fair Schedule

As for those 4H members riding and not riding, yes the fair still needs you to volunteer.  We need more members for the food serving (usually we get to pick which meal at the overnighter meeting), the fair ground committee is also always looking for members to help with the snack bars, entertainment, rides and if old enough public gate duty. See Linda Hubley for details on how to find out what and where you should be working. All overnighters must work some hours besides showing.

Don't forget that on the horse show page is all the horse show rule books for info and can check the fashion page and the 4h fair page for more info or go to for more information http://www.middlesexcounty4hfair.org/

Lots of new updates on most of the pages, check them out including Laura's poem on the members page.

In order to enter into the 4H classes the horses names on your ENTRY FORM, your COGGINS and your VERIFICATION FORM MUST MATCH!

If they do not match, explination will not be accepted so please make sure that you put all names that you might have used on your forms on the show entry form.
I.E. if you used your horses "barn name" on his coggins such as TIME and his show name is BACK IN TIME put in quatations or paratheses TIME so the names match up.

If it is a matter of the name you want announced that can be taken up with the announcer at the show.

So what needs to be checked is the name on the VERIFICTION FORM. Because if it does not match with the name on your ENTRY form you will not b allowed to show in the 4H classes.

MAKE SURE THE NAMES MATCH!! OR BUT ALL NAMES ON ALL FORMS!!

Thanks,
    Horse Show Committee
